TCLL 2007 Registration Procedures / Costs

Summary

• Fee includes $40 fundraising fee + $20 Snack Shack deposit
• Early take off $30/child
• Late add $10/child

Web Registration

You can register on the web and pay with a credit card or a check. After you fill out the web form, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF attachment. Just print and sign the attachment and bring it to the Open House on January 13 with proof of age and address (and a check if you are paying by check).

Paper Registration

Fill out a registration form for each kid and attach a check. Bring the form, check, and proof of age and address to the Open House on January 13.

Early Registration

Pay by credit card by December 15 and save $30/child. Or mail your form and check postmarked by December 15 and also save $30/child.

Late Registration

It is possible to register after the Open House, but after January 13 there is no guarantee of placement on a team. Late registration fee is $10/child.

Refunds

The registration amount will be refunded less a $5 fee if a child drops out of the league before January 30.

Registrar

The registrar keeps track of the status of registrations through this process. He/She will keep a physical folder of completed registrations, a physical folder of partially-completed registrations, and will print the list of players from the web site and have it available with the two folders at Open House and other registration events. The registrar will provide the player agent with a list of registered players and two copies of each complete registration form before tryouts.
